Stripping Machine Rejector
STANDARD SYSTEM
Readable defect:
1. Missing Tablets (Empty Pockets): 
The system is guaranteed to detect missing tablets or empty pockets using a combination of mechanical and sensor systems.
2. Half Tablets (Broken Tablets) ❌
Our current sensors may potentially read a half tablet as “OK.” Therefore, the system may fail to flag this defect.
3. Jammed Tablets (Outside Pocket) ❌
If a tablet is jammed outside the pocket area, but the pocket itself contains a tablet, the sensor may still read the pocket as “OK.” This can lead to the system incorrectly passing the item.
REJECTOR SYSTEM
System Rejector:
1. Independent Reject System
This system functions as an independent rejector, discarding only defective (NG) products.
* Note: For optimal performance, cut strips must be perfectly separated and not stick to other strips.
2. Full-Row Reject System (System Rejector All)
If any single strip is rejected, the entire row of strips will be discarded.
