Rejector Machine
STANDARD SYSTEM
1. Empty tablet ✅ Empty tablets can be reliably detected by the mechanical and sensor system.
2. Half tablets ❎ Half tablets still have the potential to be detected as OK by the sensor, and therefore may be incorrectly classified as OK by the system.
3. “Nyeples” tablets ❎ “Nyeples” tablets (blistered/bulging without content) still have the potential to be detected as OK by the sensor, and therefore may be incorrectly classified as OK by the system.
REJECTOR SYSTEM
1. Independent Rejector System Only defective products (NG) will be rejected. Note: The cut strip must be perfectly separated / not sticking to other strips.
2. All Rejector System If any strip is rejected, the entire piece / one unit will be discarded.
